Returns & Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Return Conditions

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Dispatch your return within 14 days of delivery
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

We recommend retaining your Proof of Postage receipt, as returned items can occasionally be lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
